Computer-aided quoting system
After having listened to all your requirements and
after getting a 'feel' for your premises our surveyor will conduct a survey
using our computer-aided quote system. This enables us to:
- Produce a detailed cleaning specification of your requirements.
- Effectively set the manning levels for your premises - safe in the
knowledge that the cleaning industry standard cleaning times have been used.
- Produce a full breakdown of costs for your scrutiny.
- Allow real-time adjustments to cost if you request a 'what if' scenario.
- Offer Terms and Conditions which are mutually beneficial to all.
Contract Start
On inception of the cleaning service contract we will provide
you with:
- Quality, trained staff who are easily identified by their livery.
- Copies of all Specifications and daily task lists, displayed in cleaning
cupboards.
- Health & Safety documentation and notices.
- Insurance certificates.
- Quality Equipment and materials - all to strict health & safety standards.
- Full contact details.
Contract Monitoring
Depending on individual site requirements (but
normally weekly) the allocated supervisor will visit your premises to see if the
staff have any requirements and on a day-to-day basis we provide you with:
- A communication book. This enables two way communication for issues
that can range from cleaning standards, requests for toilet rolls and
consumables etc., and one off requests or general information. Whatever the
issue all entries in the book are 'signed' off when read and completed and
form part of our quality audit.
- A Telephone and Email contact for immediate action on your requests.
Again, depending on site requirements (but normally monthly) the allocated
area supervisor will visit your premises to complete a full audit. We
actively encourage your participation in these audits. From our computerised
audits we give:
- An accurate indication of the quality of service.
- A comparison on past Audits.
- Trend analysis.
- A copy for site records.
- Action within 24 hrs on any deficiency in quality.
- Refresher training for our staff where needed.

We will provide you with full documentation for:
- The staff working on your premises.
- When and What services they perform.
- Reporting.
- Health & Safety.
- General information.
we will also provide you with:
- Other discounted services and products.
- Dedicated support staff.
- A password to access customer resources that can be
downloaded from our web site.
Staff Training
All of our staff receive Health & Safety Training and also skills training
using our 'Personal Development System'.
Health & Safety

and copies or other resources can be downloaded
